Update on Knuckles

Food, Fitness and how to keep them healthy.

Postby luvmyangels » January 6th, 2007, 10:17 pm

Well we went for our follow up visit with the Holistic Vet today and he had him walk then felt his back. He feels that he is not in pain and wants us to continue the Clavamox and the Back Pain Herb he gave me. I have to go back in 2 weeks again for a follow up and he will do an x-ray at that time to see what is happening with his bone.

Have a great day!! :)

If Knuckles is not in pain, that is a great first step. I know you are worried about the bone deteriorating, so this is for you: :groupHug:

That's great news. I'll send some good thoughts for his upcoming x-ray also.

Have you updated your old vet just to see how she'd react??

No I have not. In fact, I have yet to return the x-rays. I have been too busy and I am now curious to see when they will call me for the x-rays.

Good morning. They made me sign something that I had to return them when I "borrowed" them.

Legally the x-rays belong to the hospital, not the owner.

Thanks everyone!

Personality wise he is like he always was just looking to be loved. He has not shown any bad behavior since the incident on Thanksgiving. The kids are getting the point about not leaning on his back. So hopefully when this is all done we can all live a happy and long life together.
