I love him sleeping on his back. That's Doogies preferred position as well. You did nice work on that recovery, he will be back this Summer and you'll never know anything was done.

Or attitude? When he gives me his bored face, he looks so boxy in the muzzle. I always see the Rotti in him.

His cross eyes might be my camera ability and his moving them. Know what I mean? I usually say he has beautiful Asian eyes, because they are closer together than most Labs I have known.

Lucy Liu has lovely cross-eyed asian eyes... Could he be the Lucy Liu of the dog world? lol

Or, he's the equivalent of a siamese cat - pony cross.

Just teasing. He's handsome.

I have a poster in my bedroom that I have had for years. It is TRULY a Truman! The exact face and eyes. Probably not the pony sized body. :)

I love that poster.

Truman has that disgusted look my dogs or kids give me when they are sick of me taking their pictures.

Week 7 and Truman is making more progress. He is allowed to walk up and down the stairs in the house (leashed). He really wants to bolt out the door into the yard, but that is not happening for awhile. :rolleyes2:

He likes just sitting up in his crate for hours. He can see out the sliding glass door into the backyard.

Glad to hear he's doing well, now he can almost legally sneak behind you in the stairs!

Truman has been licking a small spot on his stitch line, so instead of the e-collar, he wears a small bandage. Other than that, he is walking very well. He is allowed to walk without the leash, but I stay near him. Still not allowed to play with the others.
