Are any of these soap ingredients bad for cats?

Saponified oils of olive, coconut, castor bean, palm, jojoba, rice bran, unrefined shea butter, and canola; aloe; calendula; soapnuts; essential oils of cedarwood, lavender, and fir needle; rosemary oil extract

The Piss is itchy and I want to bathe her, but I don't want to use icky flea shampoo. Those ingredients are for Inara's all-natural cedar/lavendar "shampooch" bar. I'd like to use it on The Piss if there's nothing bad for cats in it.

I made some dog shampoo bars for Xmas presents, so I checked up on what was safe for those that had cats too.

Baby shampoo. No more tears by Johnson's is what we recommend to bathe puppies/kittens that are flea ridden and under the minimal age to be treated with flea products. Than in conjunction with a good flea comboing.

I thought No More Tears was too drying for animals? Thought I'd read that somewhere.

And she doesn't have fleas, I don't think. I think she just has dry skin.

I've never had feedback about the no more tears... Maybe it is drying, but if she has dry skin, shampooing her is only going to remove her natural skin oils anyway, unless you use something really, really moisturizing and hypoallergenic.

Is she on the overweight side? What do you feed her?
Boulette is on a special kidney diet, and he had dandruff and slightly dry skin, so I'm just adding a couple of drops of omega 3's (fish oil) in his food daily and he looks and feels fantastic, no more dandruff. But then again he wasn't itchy.

She's about 9 lbs, maybe 1/2 lb to 1 lb overweight? She's on prescription food from the vet for UTI's.
