That's my thinking as well. I can't stand watching him by evening. He's very uncomfortable and wants to jump and run and just can't.

Doogie came through surgery fine and is in recovery. So now the real fun begins.

excellent! :) I think with a Femoral Head excision they are actually allowed to exercise a bit? Not like the rest for acl surgery...

Nope no exercise. Controlled walks for potty only for 4 weeks...the next 4 if all is going well, very short walks for exercise and potty.

Tonight has been tough, he hurts! Finally with his Tramadol and some massage and ice he has gone to sleep. It's heartbreaking to sit with his head in your lap and listen to him cry.

Tomorrow will be better...Tomorrow will be better I keep telling myself that.

a few days and he'll be feeling much better :) I'm sure having you for comfort helps.

Sorry to misinform, coulda sworn he'd be ok for it! Obviously you're listening to your homecare, which is what you should do :wink:
