Cookie has ringworm:(

She has one spot on her right front elbow.. They gave me this stuff to use on it Miconazole Nitrate 2% cream... Anyone think that will help her ? Or should I buy the stuff I found on line which is called Clotrimazole...

Who gave you stuff to use? The vet? If so, I would use what the vet gave you -- if it's a prescription, the concentration of medication will be stronger than anything you could find online.
Make sure to keep checking yourself and any other people or animals who live in your house. Ringworm is contagious and some people and animals are VERY sensitive to it. I personally don't catch it, even after being directly exposed at the vet's office where I used to work, but some folks do catch it very easily.

Yes, I've worked in vet's offices over the years but I'm not a vet, so I wouldn't second-guess a vet's diagnosis. 
It's hard to tell from the pic, but it does look like ringworm.

Yeah, the cream will work. I've had ringworm myself, the dog never got it from me
