Dude, c'mon. Howard the Duck rocked.

But yeah, I know what you meant. I think the credit goes to brilliant casting in this case.

Fool's Gold - awesomely good movie! Very entertaining from beginning to end. Two thumbs up. (and Matthew McConnaughey (sp?) has his shirt off through a lot of it. Yum.)

I went to see Hancock tonight and I was pleasantly surprised.

and I SWEAR the dog in that movie has pit bull in it. Seriously one of the cutest mutts I have ever seen.

I saw Superbad and Juno lately. Enjoyed both, but I really liked Superbad - I was actually slapping my thighs out of laughter. Juno was ok, made me feel old when she came out with some expressions I didn't understand. I should, since I'm still in college with idiots straight from high school... I guess I sshould hang out at the fooseball table or something.

The Dark Knight - holy hell it was AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Two thumbs up, I already wanna go see it again. It's 2 1/2 hours long but I wasn't sitting there thinking, "gee this movie is long." I just wanted more and more. Heath Ledger was phenomenal as the Joker, and Christian Bale, well, he's hot. His voice when he was in Batman gear got a little annoying by the end of the movie, but that's my only complaint.

I'm going to actually try to catch this at the IMAX theater - is that were you went to see it?

I watched deliverance this morning at 3 am - Such an old movie but the theme does kind of hold up. I read the book years ago and saw the movie prior to that on a local tv channel, but I hardly remembered it.

I never want to hear people make pig noises again though.

Boy, you got a purty mouth...

I just saw the movie at a regular theater - we only have one IMAX theater around here and it's not offering it, sadly.
