I'm sad :( This means that people are going to start grabbing these dogs and over-breeding them. They are going to get sold to owners who should not own them. The breed will be ruined. I'm excited that he won because he is gorgeous, but sad at the inevitable backlash it will cause.

I guess I should look into something other than a Bull Terrier (which is where I was going) for my next dog.

He is gorgeous. I so was looking into a brindle male (to match my brindle Grey . . . yeah I'm a dork). His markings are gorgeous. :loveU:

Isn't awful that that always happens? I hate that! Like you know with this new husky movie coming out, the pet stores and bybs are going to be pumping out huskies for the inexperienced owners who think they are getting some well trained hero dog. And whenever a breed wins a best in show at a televised show, the petstores/bybs are quick to cash in on the popularity. Ugh. It sucks.

Anyway~ beautiful dog!

Pit Bulls know they are THE face of extinction. All that remains is where they make their final stand. Say NO to BSL!

I could be wrong, but I believe a white bull terrier won in maybe 1918?

He's a Great Dog.

I seen a show mid last year that had him in it. I'd never heard of him, but I was telling my wife. Watch that dog cause he's gonna win everything he's in. I was mostly BSing, but it came true.

Congrats to him.

Yep, 1918, a white bull terrier won....Rufus is the first colored bull terrier, though! I've followed the little bugger's career for about three years.....
