Poor Harry :(

This is where to talk about Pit Bulls!

Postby odnarb » March 1st, 2006, 10:36 pm

I went shopping, and left Harry in the car. Then, I returned to find his head covered in hives. Called work, and talked to one of the vets. She told me to give him some benedryl when I got hime. If it didn't get better, take him into the clinic and call her, and she'd tell me what to give him.

Keep your fingers crossed that I get to stay home tonight :(

It's the first time it's ever happened, so no idea. No clue as to what could have gotten him, either.

I was originally going to say that you should enjoy the small moments of misery he suffers while you can but I was afraid someone would take it the wrong way!

LOL, it's not pink, it's black leather with orange reflective material inlayed. Here is Grant in the same collar...

Poor dude! Molly did that once too after she locked herself in the bathroom for about an hour. She was so freaked out that her entire body just hived right up...they called her lumpy at the e-vets. She's neurotic though, so that explains it.

Maybe she and Harry are twin souls.

Oscar got hives, once, about 1/2 hr after he went to the field, turns out the weird little rocky sandy things in the field I saw were fertilizer :o
Poor guy...
