*Kids for Pits* Campaign - Children & Pit Bulls - Photos

Hey Everyone,

Update: We have 14 pages and 78 pics! Yeah

We also decided to post our goal of 100,000 photos by December 2007!

Yes, it's a lot, but we can do it. I know there are millions of pit bull owners eager to lend a hand, so please send us your pics. We can only succeed with you!!

keep the photos coming in. We are up to 105 pics :0

We also made up a flyer announcing the campaign. If you frequent any of your local dog parks please consider helping to spread the word by printing out the "Kids for Pits" flyer. I posted it on my site as a jpeg. It measures 8 1/2" by 11". http://www.maxtheshelterdog.com/kidsfor ... flyer.html For Mac users you can drag and drop on your desktop, I'm not sure about Windows though. Eventually I'll learn how to put it as a PDF file to download.

If you are already a part of the campaign and would like your photo on the flyer, let me know. I'm sure your child would love to see his/her photo on the flyer and help to post it.

We have 234 and still need alot more.

Please send in your photos and please remember we need the following information:

1. names of children and pitties in each photo
2. city/state
3. comment from the children and/or yourself about their relationship and/or something about BSL.

We can not put up any more pictures without all the information.

Hi Everyone,

The time is drawing near and we are not nearly as close to our goal as we would like to be.

If you haven't already done so, please email us (nr at maxtheshelterdog dot com) your photos of your pitties loving children. Check out http://www.maxtheshelterdog.com/kidsforpits.html to see what others have done.

When emailing your photos we need the following info or we can not post them:

1. city/state
2. name of pittie/s and child/children in each photo
3. comment from the child or yourself about their relationship and BSL.

Please help to spread the word. There are many ways you can help:

1. request postcards to hand out to pet stores, vet offices etc. in your area
2. put a banner/link on your myspace page, website etc.
3. put a link to the campaign in your signature area on forums you participate in.
4. print out the dog park flyer
5. talk about it to everyone you know
