Surgery went well with all three lumps removed. I haven't been into work today so I don't know what the histo came back as. Unfortunately Big B is completely non weight bearing on that leg since Sunday and I don't think it's because of the surgery. I think he hurt something else up higher on his leg. We're going to unwrap the bandage and take some x rays today and see what's going on.

Changed his bandage to day and everything looked great! He popped one stitch but that shouldn't be an issue. He seems to be walking a little better so perhaps the bandage just needed more padding. He refused to take his Tramadol until we went and got a donut to put it in.

So Big B *also* tried to give me a heart attack the night that Patrick did. I got home from work and Chris told me that Buford had gotten his cone off and then chewed his bandage off. Grumble, grumble. *heavy sigh* So I ask, 'Where's the bandage?' We look and look and look.....smurf. Are you kidding me, Big B? A half bottle of hydrogen peroxide later he barfs up the entire giant bandage.

Stoopid dogs.

Big B again....this time adenocarcinoma of the anal gland. We're x raying and ultrasounding him today to see if it's spread. I don't know what I'll doing without my big dog. The lump is in his anal gland and he'd need the whole gland *plus* some extra tissue removed. That's only *if* it hasn't spread.
