Indiana Jones

Here is where we can discuss canine cancers and treatment options to create a support system for those dealing with the disease.

Good toughts for Indy and you, everything will be fine! He's a strong boy, the drugs are well adjusted to his needs, and he's with Dr.Blabs, and then with you. Who could ask for more?

I KNOW Indy is going to do just fine! He has NO choice but to listen to PBT!!!! Besides, he has the BEST doctor in the world on his side!

We just got home and are exhausted. Indy's high as a kite, LOL.

The surgery went well. The tumor on his leg was pretty deep (down to the tendons) so was a bit more complicated, but he's okay. He's wearing a splint so he won't bend that joint and tear the skin around the site.

He also had three other "bumps" removed, two of which are being sent out for biopsy in addition to the big tumor. Hopefully we'll get the results this week then we can take the next steps, whatever they may be.

I cannot thank Dr Blabs enough for doing such an amazing job on a VERY trying day. And many many thanks for letting me stay with Indy in recovery. Blabs, you're the BEST!!!

We're going to bed and I'll update more tomorrow. Thanks to all for the support, the good thoughts, and the prayers. (((Hugs))) to everyone!
