Vi, that was absolutely beautiful.

She wanted to make sure that you knew she had made it. :hug3:

Please Accept my sincerest sympathies..........No matter our own history with Loss, each person's journey with Grief is their own. I lost my Mother-figure (my grandmother/grandfather adopted all 3 of us kids)......I lost my Father-figure, my bio father and two of my children.
Peace does come light on your first we are so over come by the pain we don't recognize peace has enough patience and stamina to wait until the wailing ceases and we feel it's presence against our cheek.

I'm so sorry.....
“Hope has two beautiful daughters: their names are Anger and Courage.
Anger that things are the way they are.
Courage to make them the way they ought to be.”----Augustine

That was a beautiful obituary. I'm sorry for your loss, but it sounds like you were both lucky to have each other.
