RIP Big Turtle

Postby BigDogBuford » April 16th, 2009, 9:39 am

Big Turtle went to reptile heaven last night. Chris had him for 15 years, since he was just about the size of a quarter.

RIP Big Turtle.

I guess. I'm the first to admit that I'm not really a reptile person but he was fun to watch. I just feel bad because Chris got him what he was just a little baby turtle, about the size of a quarter. Apparently he was in this total dump of a pet store and he felt so bad for all the animals and spent all the cash he had on hand on the two turtles he could afford and nursed them back to health. Little Turtle died a couple of years ago. The pet store was closed down a few weeks later and they found dead animals everywhere. :puke:

I am not a reptile kind of person either, but that is such a nice rescue story. :sad2:
