She's the horse I get to ride three days a week.

Unfortunately, it was rainy and yucky today and as soon as I got on her I thought... mmm... maybe she needs to go get some of those rainy day crazies out instead! And she certainly did!

The official barn pit bull (the owner's dog) came in for some lovins

A greyhound and a pit bull off to cause trouble

I rode horses throughout my youth and I miss is soooooo much. I owned a Dapple Grey, "Ashley" who would close his eyes over all the jumps.

Sassy is beautiful! Lucky you!

I was sick of being jealous, so I finally went searching for a horse to ride. lol

Probably not the best time of the year, but I was so sick of seeing all my neighbors' horses and not being out there myself!

iluvk9 - he closed his eyes over the jumps? That is so cute! lol

I had an arab that would jump jumps twice their hight, but I think he kept his eyes open!

The dogs are a riot, I love them... then again, I'm a sucker for greyhounds and pit bulls! The owner of the barn is really cool, I'm going to try to hook her up with a foster pit bull, she was so excited to hear that I liked them!

It was a riot until I realized Ashely closed his eyes when I rode in fox hunts. Every photo I had of him, my eyes were open wide and focused and his were closed. Kinda unnerving to see in photos at that high speed through the woods.
