And a GORGEOUS butterfly I saw outside. These pics don't do it justice - he was this striking deep red with blue spots and gold outlines. Beautiful!

While I love the look of long haired cats, I am glad mine is short. 8) That butterfly is HUGE! :shock:

Yeah, with as much as she sheds, you'd think she'd be bald. I bought a Furminator, now I just need to pin her down and use it. I tried a couple quick swipes and loved it. She, however, did not.

And it really was a decent-sized butterfly! There were two of them just like that floating around doing circles with each other, and then that one landed long enough for me to take Inara out to pee, stand and look at it for a minute, put Inara inside, grab my camera, take several shots, and go back inside before it flew off. Apparently he likes being photographed.
