you'd think with a registered microchip that the owners wanted to make sure they got her back
I can only please one person per day. Today is not your day, tomorrow doesn't look good either.

The owners do not know she is missing. They are out of town and whatever arrangements were made for this little lady didn't work out and she was found wandering the semi-busy street near our/their home. The mother couldn't get in touch with the owner and was quite surprised to know the little lady wasn't at the vet being kenneled.
