His name is BOTSIE. He is the black dog on the RIGHT of the photo, wearing the red scarf. :giggle:

This is her second Pot Bellied Pig. They all reside in Vt. now.

RUDY passed a few months ago from old age. They usually live 15 years but Rudy lived for OVER 22. Oldest PBP on Long Island. :) All her animals live a wonderful life with her. Horses, 3 Pit Bulls, a donkey, barn cats and now Botsie.

I couldn't make the photos any larger for some reason..sorry!

She rescued him from a home who just kept him in the LAUNDRY ROOM, living in his own filth. One of those typical, "But he was so cute when he was a baby" stories. Then he grew into a big, well, a big pig. 8)

He now lives on a large horse farm and has his one room INSIDE the house, which is immaculate. And more loving than he can imagine.

He's a nice looking pig...I wouldn't go so far as to call him CUTE, but he's nice looking.

I used to "pig-sit" for a pot-bellied pig, who lived in the basement of this home...they had a tie-out for her, and a couch, and everything...it was funny.

8) She is an amazing trainer, yet has had no formal experience. She is like a GOOD version of the Dog Whisperer. At her shelter (she started a non-profit from her home after going to the town shelter to get a barn cat and came home with 22 to adopt out) she was so amazing to watch with the dogs.

She took over the training of most of the Pit Bulls, and within a month they were at her private beach *, off leash and responding to her every command.

* she does not believe in dog parks - her private beach is literally a quarter of a mile with no one on it but her.
