Horse Rescue

If it's a non-human, non-Pit Bull, family member, post it here!

I went fishing at a horse rescue today with 'the guy'. Here are some pictures of the horses. They have over 100 horses.

Can I get a link to that horse rescue? That is an AWESOME PLACE!!! They have great fencing and their herd looks wonderful from the pics you posted.

I'm involved in horse rescue in california and it never hurts to network....placing horses is so much more difficult that placing alot of other animals...ROOM being the key factor.....

Great pics Tina!

What a beautiful place. I've been to a horse rescue ONCE, and it was nothing like I expected, it was so sad. That place looks much more like I expected. :) (It wasn't the place, it was the abused horses BEFORE they got there)

Tina, are these horses up for adoption? I never saw an actual horse rescue facility.

Yes all the horses are up for adoption althought there are some that will live their lives out there for different reasons. And they all have their own story to tell. It is very inspiring going out there and seeing how gorgeous the horses are and if you would ahve seen them when they first came in it is even more amazing!

They have horses from a couple days old to many many years old. Purebreds, mixbreeds, and even registered ones. Rideable ones, greenbroke and just plain wild. They have it all!
