My newts and Dojo Loach

Ok so I dont take many pics of my aquatic tank since its hard to get good ones underwater without being actually underwater lol

I have two new newts as my other one passed away about 3 months ago. Both are females but I dont have them named

Also in the tank with them is my Dojo Loach... he was there with the original newt and is really healthy.

We have a clown loach in our fish tank. He's such a goof.

I have NO IDEA what a loach is (and yeah, I'm too lazy to google it!), but your newts are very cool! I always tried to catch them, and failed miserably.

Its only a 10 gallon so there are 2 newts and one loach. I love them. They sit on my desk next to the computer so I watch them when I need a break from work.

Our loach does this weird thing where he lays on his side and "plays dead". Is it something all loaches do? Sometimes he scares me and I really think he's dead.
I've never had newts before. How big do they get?

The newts are AWESOME but shouldnt be kept with many types of other fish.... the loach or maybe a ghost shrimp is really all they reccomend being kept with them. They can grow another inch maybe... other types of newts or aquatic salamanders can get bigger.

What I really want is one of these!

Yeah, our fish will eat anything you try to put in their tank. They're not very friendly guys. :twisted:

That is an Axolotl. Its a Mexican Salamander of sorts.... arent they awesome?
