photo posting question

I just joined and am trying to post some pics. I uploaded some photos to photobucket. Now how do I get them from there to here?

There's like three options to copy and paste into here. Choose one, I think it is the bottom one, and paste it in here and then click PREVIEW to see if it works

That's it! Photobucket has made it VERY easy to post pics from their site now. Click on the pic you want to post, you will see 3 links near the bottom, chose the LAST one, copy & paste & voila!

Ok, I am really dumb when it comes to computers. When I was young we didn't have computer classes. How do I copy and paste from photobucket to this site so my pictures will come up on a thread? Someone needs to baby step me through this. I'll be back later. I have to bring 2 of my pups to agility class.

With photobucket now, all you have to do is click the last box with the html image code in it and it copies it automatically for you. Then you go to where you want to put the picture and right click on your mouse and click paste. That should put the picture there (it wont look like a picture until you click post and see the message that you posted) Hope that makes sense.

Ok, once you have clicked on the pic you want to post, and see the three links in a box ( actually I just looked & they are to the right, not at the bottom) that look like this:

URL Link - Email & IM

HTML Tag - Websites & Blogs

IMG Code - Forums & Bulletin Boards

there are boxes underneath the words I posted above but I can't get them to transfer here

put your cursor over the last line under this set of words,

IMG Code - Forums & Bulletin Boards

and click, then right click, you will see a little box that says "copied"

Open a thread here, right click in the body & select "paste" & it will place the link for your pic in the post.
