Edit Button, again

sure, if you want.

I'd like one where we can turn it off for specific people in their profile instead of makeing different usergroups which is a pain in the butt.

It's back in the main forum. any abuse of the edit button will be noted and people will lose priviledges to edit in ALL of the forums.
