Hi, my name is Marta and I am from Central Pennsylvania. I own a 1 year (and 3 months) old American Pit Bull Terrier puppy and her name is Laika. APTB's are my favorite dog breed, and I am always interested in learning new things about them, or just talking about them.

I actually only have 1, and no...it's not my first one. About 5 years ago my boyfriend and I got a little (literally) pit bull girl. She was very petite, but very beautiful, regardless. We didn't get to keep her for very long, though. My older sister ended up taking her. Here is a picture of her:

She was the reason I became interested in pit bulls. She was the sweetest that I had ever come across. Mind you, I had always loved dogs in general, but since I met her, pit bulls held a special place in my heart.
