Hello All..

I have been reading this forum for quite sometime but I have yet to properly introduce myself. Some here will know me as Jessesmom from over at the SPBR.

I live in Maryland and have 2 pit bull mixes. One male and one female. About a year and a half ago I was asked by a friend at a local shelter to please foster a little female pitty just for a few days until she could find a home for her. Well, fostering lasted only about 2 hours and everyone in my home was smitten and we set about adopting her. Until then, I had never owned a bully breed before and fell completely head over heels in love with their personality and stubborness and uniqueness.

Since Jesse, I have fostered two young males pittys, one which Savasgem has, Blazers, and another that went to a home in DC. And we adopted a sweet young boy named Lance.

My experience level is pretty low, but my love for the breed is damn high.

I to had a falling out of sorts with Eric at SPBR a while back when I questioned him on his rescue practices. I havtn really posted since.

I will posts some pics as soon as I get home and I can figure out how.

Jesse actually got me into the breed. Ive always loved animals in general, but she can take full responsibility for hooking me on bully breeds.

I have never owned a dog who gave me such a run for my money. One which I had to work so hard on training, presented such unique challenges and stimulated me.

Shes the reason I foster. That and the deplorable conditions some of these poor guys must endure.

I just love em.

Welcome !!! I had a Bully whom I lost last year to kidney failure. I also
have a Pit Bull, I love those 2 breeds. The Bully is a handful and keeps you entertained. I too am in love with both breeds.
