whatup everybody my name is matt i'm 24 and my girlfriend and i adotped a PB named (by us) artie.
we got him at 8 weeks and he is 12wks now. i am 100% new to the breed but not to dogs i had them while growing up. Training him has been a thrill, i love it and he seems to as well. we live in an apt and all the neighbors have dogs and there is a dog park so he is very well socialized for his young age, which i hear is key with PB's. Anyway i look forward to contributing to the forum and learning more about PB's. here is a pic

we didn't exactly "choose" the lady from the place we adopted him from said he was american bulldog. the day we drove to get him 2hrs away we saw him and knew he was a pit but he was so damn cute we took him home.

Oh, you SO DON'T know what you're MISSING!!!

He's simply adorable...Welcome to PBT! We don't all own pits here (I am owned by several pointy eared belgian malinois, a dutch shepherd, and a lab), but they keep us around, anyway! You will find this site to be entertaining, informative, and full of people who love dogs!
