Im Derek im 22 years old and very interested in owning a pit some day. Right now i am just looking to absorb all the information i can just to make sure that this would be the right breed of dog for me. I look forward to learning alot from all you seasoned pit owners!

i became interested in the breed at work because i am i vet tech and the come in frequently. i love the way they look as well as their personality, everything about the breed just awws me. 
i just want to make sure i dont become one of those ignorant people who buy/rescue a dog and dont know anything about the breed
. with the rep that this breed has the last thing they need is someone that doesnt know what they are getting into.
