Hello everyone. I just wanted to introduce myself. I am a member of a couple other forums, but thought that I might join here as well. I have a 3 and a half year old lab/pit mix and a 6 month old APBT. I will do my best to post some pics later on. Anyway, nice to meet all of you.

My husband and I rescued Murphy (the lab pit mix) from the animal shelter. All we knew was that he was a "lab terrier mix". It didn't take too long for us to start realizing what the terrier in him was. 
We asked the vet and he told us he had not said anything because he did not want to "alarm" us. We had never been alarmed. Anyway, we did a ton of research about the APBT since we already knew about labs (husband used to train labs for hunting). The more research we did, the more we realized that Murphy was almost all APBT in personality. So, since we love the breed so much, we rescued a little pup almost 4 months ago. His people had contacted a rescue since our local animal shelter PTS all APBTs. Anyway, we had worked with the rescue before as volunteers, and they knew we were looking to get another APBT, so they contacted us. That is how we got Wilbur.
