Once I get the OK from the vet for Marshmallow, I would love to start her on agility or flyball classes. She has a HUGE drive for the ball, and I think she would excel at it.
I only found one place around here that even does agility, but their website said nothing about flyball. The place is All Dawgs Academy. I have heard mixed reviews on them, but see them and its obvious they have competitions, because I see their teams at local restaraunts all the time.

Is Marshmallow too old to begin training? She'll be 2 in about 3 weeks. Is it too much to hope for after her having her ACL surgery? Michelle, or anyone around this area, do you know of any Pit Bull savvy trainers around this area who do agility training?

I don't know much about the training, do you guys think I need more experience before starting this?

Riggs is 5 and a half. We just started agility and will be attempting flyball some time soon - though it's probably above my level of control with him at this point.

I don't know of any Pit Bull trainers in Buffalo for agility or flyball, sorry. If you want to drive to Rochester, there's a good training center here.

I don't know about agility, but if you go to http://www.flyballdogs.com/ , there is a link to tons of flyball clubs throughout the country, with contact information. Check it out and email/call any clubs that are close to you and they can hook you up with practice info. :-)
