I found these lecture videos on another forum and I'm posting them here because I found them to be very good. Ellis focuses mainly on reward-based training but does also mention compulsion and how to appropriately use it (and when). There are 8 videos, most around 12 minutes long but the last 2 are much shorter. It's about an hour's worth of lecture. There's no dogs working but I still found it very interesting. Be forewarned when you click on one each of his videos it takes you to Leerburg's site, so you have to listen to Ed's cheesy "video intro" music before every video. But they truly are worth watching. :)

I really like Michael Ellis.
I know a few folks who train with him so I'm always bugging them for tips when I come to a hard spot in training. lol I'd really like to make it out to one of his seminars someday, and his decoy workshops.
