Anybody recommend a trainer near dallas?

I need to know if anybody knows of a trainer that is worth the money around dallas texas. My pup is a good dog except for when we are on walks and he sees another dog. I cannot tell if he just wants to play or not but I think he is trying to get them. He plays all day with my lab and when I bring a dog over to the house he is fine with them. I need somebody that knows pit bull behaviors to help. Thanks in advance for any help and or advice
