OK so its a cat

It still needs rescuing. The shelter where it is located does hardly any adoptions. They euthanize so much their shelter is on a landfill, so they empty their bins every night out the back door ( not literally but they dont have to go far)

Here is a Himalayan type cat. I know nothing else about him but he doesnt have much time. The cats are kept in wire dog crates there for small dogs, so even they dont have enough room. Any help would be appreciated.
