Well, I decided since I was already there to try to get some pictures. Unfortunately, this time Nubis charged me growling, and upon retreating to his crate growled and snapped menacingly at the owner. He would not stop.
I am not a professional either, but from what I have read, and what I have heard from some of you here - I think that this dog may just have been pushed too far. He has become neurotic thanks to owners that locked him up day after day for years. I gave my own personal opinion (I told her I am NOT a professional) that Nubis would most likely be better off being euthanized. She agreed.
