New Jersey, need help!

Does anyone have any ideas for this gal? Let me know...I'm not sure what breed this dog is but I think she rescued it from a shelter. I will post more details when they come in.

I am being evicted from my apartment because I can't afford it. I got this apartment because they allowed me to keep my dog.
Now I have to find a home for my dog. She is 5 years old and has seizures. I really don't want to get rid of her, but I don't have a choice. I have to find an apartment I can afford, and all of them won't allow dogs.
Can you recommend anything? Do you have any rescue organizations in New Jersey?
