Delaware pit mix puppy needs rescuing

PLEASE CROSS POST

Cletus is an 11 month old Pittie mix who has been stuck at the SPCA in Georgetown, DE since March. This poor boy has been available for adoption but has been overlooked time and time again. He is a very sweet, lovable dog. He loves people and enjoys playing with other dogs when he gets the chance. Staff describe him as having a gentle temperament. He is black and white and has the cutest big ears. He is a happy dog who brings a smile to your face. He is full grown at about 40+ pounds. He is heart worm negative. This people-loving dog needs a good home. He has waited too long in his kennel.

Does anyone have room for Cletus? The SPCA will bring him up to date on his shots and will neuter him (he may have to return for the surgery at a later date) for $80.

If you can take Cletus, call Kim at the SPCA at 302-856-6361. If you need help with pulling and transporting, please contact Diane of the Animal Rescue League at 302-684-1049 or dkrescue@netzero.net .

Update on previously posted dogs: Cash and Apollo were adopted; Ebony went to rescue!

Thank you!
