I am such a sucker for puppy breath

I walk thru my shelter everyday and I am always overcome with guilt that I cant do more for the all the animals. I am always tempted to take a foster home but with the 4 kids and my own pets I usually dont give in to temptation. Saturday I was walking thru the kennel and guess what I found??? 2- 5 week old black and white Pit puppies. They had a foster form on it so I went and did a little research. The woman who was going to foster them lives in the inner city, has never owned or even spent time with a pit bull and has never fostered for us before

. SO out or concern for the puppies we sent her home with kittens instead. I think someone with expeience should take these pups home especially since there is no mommy to teach them doggie manners. So were searching our applications for pit bull owner or at least someone that we know has succesfully fostered for us. I know if the pups are still there in the morning Ill end up taking them home. Im such a sucker :wink:

If I do end up taking them home Ill post some pics. The male will be available in like 3 weeks and the girl will be available in about 7weeks if anyone is intrested

FYI I am taking the 2 pups home tonight. I need help with finding them names so any suggestions would be appreciated (no people names please). There is one male and one female. They are cow pattern black and white little cuties. Pics are comming

Yeah, I agree...I'd love to take one too, but my husband would have my head on a platter if I came home with ANOTHER animal!!! :chop:

Update:

Wasabi was adopted last sunday to a good home but his sister Pickles is almost ready for her new home. If anyone would like to take her home let me know. :greenWave:
