I need help with a transport..

Ok, next weekend I have a dog going from Myrtle Beach SC to Omaha Nebraska. I need help with the transport in general if Anyone can possibly help at all in that line. I also need help with the legs and putting all of that together so I can crosspost it on the Trasnport groups that won't let you post without the complete leg breakdown.
This Has to Happen!! I LOVE this dog and have to get him to this great forever home. Just need to be able to make this happen.
