If anyone can help her, please contact Stephanie at Multnomah County Animal Control. She is too sweet to die
“Bella is a sweet and sensitive 1 year old female American Bulldog mix—she is looking for a family with kids that are over the age of 10 years and willing to take the time to patiently and gently train and socialize her. She loves people and loves attention and petting. Bella has not had much experience around other dogs, but was sweet and a bit shy with our tester dog. She is not adjusting to shelter life, and had to be pulled off the adoption floor as the noisy kennels were too over stimulating for her, causing her to fence fight and become very mouthy when handled. Because our shelter houses all stray dogs for all of Multnomah County, space is always an issue—Poor Bella must find a foster or rescue placement within one week before the shelter environment ruins her gentle nature and before we run out of room! If we know there is placement available, we can work with holding her a bit longer. She will be spayed before leaving the shelter and is current on vaccines.”
