I got the referral, but haven't had a chance to call them...I plan on calling on Monday when I'm back at work (I feel like I should make important calls when I'm at work and I feel important )

Hey Vette, Do you use PetPoint?
We are trying to get our shelter to switch from AVID to 24PetWatch. When I talked to the rep she told me that the only way to get the free 30-days of insurance was if you were using their PetPoint program.? I used to work for the SPCA before they switched to petpoint and we still gave the insurance, so I'm trying to figure out if this is wrong info or a new policy they have.
Thanks
