I just went and visited the Hayward shelter

I went and visited the Hayward animal shelter where I adopted tasha from almost a year ago. I thought it would be nice to see what dogs they had there and to give them some attention as it breaks my heart to see them all in cages just waiting for someone to love them and take them home.
There were a couple that I wanted so bad to take home and save them but I can't and that just breaks my heart. I was glad I was the only one in the viewing rooms looking at them because I couldn't hold back the tears.
I wish I could save them all but I know that's not possible.
Damn I cried all the way through the parking lot back to my motorcycle and on the ride all the way home.

I'm so sorry...

I cry everytime I go to a shelter or see a dog that you just *know* won't get adopted. It kills me, I want to save them all. Andrew won't let me go anymore because I get upset and cry for days then...Feel better
