Can anyone help these puppies in PA

I belong to a few freecycle groups. And this one has this ad on it.

I have 3 female rottie/boxer puppies there 10 weeeks old, had there
first shot and was wormed, they need a good home, if anyone is
interested please let me no, also you must present a vet reference.
