I just want to get this right...You don't HAVE to be a IWPA member to do the weight pull?? we are thinking about joining but there aren't a whole lot of pulls in my general area :|

No, you don't have to be a member. It is $6 extra to pull without being a member.

we are thinking about joining but there aren't a whole lot of pulls in my general area

lake george ,ny 1 wknd
lake placid , ny 2wknds
glens falls , ny 4-8 wknds
saratoga , ny 2 wknds
lorrane , ny (tug hill) 1 wknd
ticonderoga , ny 1 wknd

11-15 weekends between sept. 1 -mar. 31 all in new york
i know there not in western new york, but it doesn't take that long to travel across new york. new york is one of if not THE most active state pulling! you can save on your membership two wats;
1-get your membership before oct.1
2-get your news letter via email in PDF format

if your going to the bullimpics you can become a member at the pull
i would advise you to get your membership because this season is going to be one of the best over!!!!
the last weekend of the season i am planning a "BIG CASH" weekend pull.
5 large
thats right $5000 cash to be given out in one day of pulling!!!!
start training soon because cash doesn't come easy!
any questions about iwpa pulls please contact me

after oct 1 -$40 for individual/ $45 for family
the news letter discount is deducted from these fees

You can camp there for a mall fee and the dog must be 18 months. :|

Go ahead and contact the ATTS. Call or email.

If they allow you, we will allow it. 17 mos seems close to me... but they are the ones who will check birthdates on your paperwork and make the final decision.
But if your dog isnt registered... who's to say when his birthday is?

I just got back an e-mail reply from Thomas Szebenyi
ATTS Chief Tester, who will be at the test, and he said YES to Nic!!!!! :D :purpleBanana:

I'm gonna go to an indoor training place to pracice with Nic(this heat is crazy),and will leave flyers on the wall, and in the store too, cause I always bump into pitbull owners there. :)
