YAY!

When are you getting there? We're driving up on Thursday, leaving on Monday.

Who else is coming???

So far, we have Erin and John with their pack of dogs (how many are you entering???? lol) Liz and Inara, Me with Ruby and Riggs (Riggs is only in beginner, no off-leash for the boy), Jeanine (we'll be shaming her into competing ;) ) Alyssa is standing us up.

Matt, you coming? Alley how far are you? Brad how about a day trip?

Janine has admitted that she is competing, so no shaming will be necessary!

Just who can you trust at the DSO?
The guy in the suit, he's not all bad, you know...

He (or she, as the case may be) may be the only one, to set you free

Definitely going to try to make it on that Saturday. It's only about an hour to an hour and a half away, so even if Phil is working all day, I should be able to come out for a while to meet everyone. :D

And make sure you bring a dog or two, because even though you claim your dogs are all wild childs you'll be sad if you don't have the chance to compete once you get there!

A certain someone I know used a hotdog to bait his dog the round in intermediate a few years ago. Anything goes! Well, except e-collars, but I don't think you use them anyway? And the only reason you can't use them is because the judges can't tell when you are correcting the dogs.

for anyone who might be in a tight financial spot who would like to go to the DSO, but doesn't think they will be able to swing it with a hotel, there was just an offer put up for someone to stay over at a club member's house. Let me know ASAP if you would need it and I'll see if it's still open. :)

Please be aware that your dog may need to be crated

What a nice offer! Those people are so nice! I was so afraid they were going to be condescending to me and my unruly, non-protection trained pit bull, but they weren't at all. Super cool group of people.

They'll still like me after I walk out barefoot in flowing skirts and compete to "Kumbaya"? :giggle:
