OMG, I actually love a few of those! I will have to look into them. I really like Cinch It and Sugar Shack.

I did the same thing. If it fits in my pocket, it's good. We live in an area where it is more and more unsafe to carry a purse in a parking lot, so I stopped a couple of years ago.

I carry a bag/purse that I can sling over my shoulder and across my chest...I hate re-adjusting shoulder bags. Ugh. I hate purses...but have to carry one for things...usually. So the hippie bags work for me. I carabiner my keys...so I'm always jingling. lol

I have a hippie bag right now that I got for a carry on when I was taking a flight. It's super convenient to go to and from class with books and stuff. But that's all I ever use it for. So not too sure how practical a hippie bag would be, haha, but those are adorable. If I could find something that style of bag and smaller, I would totally go for it.

I have hippie purses...they're big enough to fit a paperback book inside...plus my wallet and some other crap.

I used to have this one, it's well made, lasted two years of daily use and has a million little pockets.

OMG! I love it!!
I usually end up leaving my purse in the car and putting my ID and credit/debit card in my pocket. I hate having to keep track of a purse if I am doing something...like getting drunk at a bar. lol

Why do you think I keep John around? He's like a rolling coat rack/purse/drink holder.

Poor John. Jeez

I have purse issues because of my balance. I prefer a small backpack purse because it doesn't throw me off balance.

That being said, finding them is a nightmare. I have a medium one that has lots of pockets and I really like, but it's heavy. That sucker was expensive, I paid about $85.00 for it on sale at 60% off. I plan on getting rid of it soon.

I found a small Coach backpack at a yard sale and didn't have a clue it was a discontinued highly sought after purse until people started asking me where I got it. It's a little big too.

I'm going to have to go back to making my own again.

UGH! Stupid thing. I had a whole post typed up, submitted it and it's GONE? Whatever. Not retyping it now.

Short version of what I had was I went in VB store here to get a wallet I LOVED, because I don't do purses either... And was looked at like I was stealing, and the manager made a comment to another employee about me, too. So ended up not getting the wallet I wanted and ended up getting stupid paper from there. Will never go back there again.

I've had to switch to a small back pack because of my back/neck/shoulder injury. I do have a weakness for cute hand bags.
