Nat. Geo.: Science of Dogs

Everything that doesn't fit anywhere else!

Just watched this on Netflix (available to view instantly) and it was really fascinating! It showed some footage of 3 Dogo's taking down a wild boar which was kind of neat. It mostly went into genetics and science stuff but it was very interesting. Watch it if you get a chance!

Is that the one where they discuss the developement of wolves vs. dog puppies? This I find really interesting, a fair bit different.

I caught a glimpse of the show one evening when I was house sitting. They talked about how we've domesticated dogs to work with us. They compared a wolf pack to a dog pack at this center that they had, it was really cool even though they raised the wolf pack like dogs the wolves never looked to humans for help, where dogs when they did various tests looked to the human for help. It was really interesting.
