The last couple of days she has been missing calls, no texts would come through or send.....and today when I tried to call her, all I got was a 'fast busy signal".
she tried to call out and was automatically connected to Alltel/Verizon.
The guy asked her if she had been to Conn. lately or if (certain area codes) sounded familiar...she said no.
Guys says: Oh, then I have bad news for you; your number has been cloned and someone has been calling the Caribbean !!
So........we had to drive to Lincoln, call the '"special investigation line on my phone" HAND the phone to the representative, who verified my identity via Drivers License, and then they will Over Night Kelcie a New Phone
(same style, used phone) all so she could keep her same number.
HOLY COW......WHO KNEW???
How did they do that????
