Back to no return phone calls and no return emails...

the past 10 weeks has been a pretty clear message on that routine.

3 for 3 on jobs I'm beyond freekin qualified for but can't get a call back on. I don't know what the hell I'm doing wrong.

:hug3: I guess all I can offer, which doesn't help at all is... who wants to work for a company that can't even bother to call or write saying "Thanks but no thanks."

Maybe since you're over qualified for these jobs they just aren't the right fit for you yet. I know something is out there for you - of course I'm sure you hear that all the time. Hopefully things will fall into place for you. I'm sorry you have to deal with the dreaded no call backs/e-mails. Ugh.

Well, the job market still sucks all around, so take that into consideration. When they have one position for a teacher in my school district, literally 300 people apply.

... got a phone interview ...

which is a fantastic thing because it's an interview, but I also have historically done very poorly on phone interviews, and it may be in an hour so prep time is a "little" limited, but then again, so is is freak out time, so that could be a silver lining.

I do much better when I am face-to-face. BUT an interview is an interview and I am VERY thankful for that.

off we go...

Well, my idea is too late, but if you do better in a face to face interview, I would have suggested talking into a mirror as you were on the phone interview. I know it sounds utterly ridiculous, but someone I know has the same problem with phone interviews, and a job coach suggested it to her. It works for her. :|

Maybe you work best under pressure and having little time to prepare will work to your advantage.

Good LUCK!!
