While watching the USA vs England soccer match today, I received this correction from a from a UK friend.

In all of Europe soccer is called Fussball (football)... I was thoroughly confused when I came to the US and watched my first american football game.

Same w/what you guys here call goulash - imagine my disappointment when I was served maccaroni and hamburger in tomato sauce... :shock:
