I need a ton of good thoughts tomorrow. I will be back in court to try and get rid of the dirt bag I am STILL stuck married to. For Gods sake IS 3 YES 3 YEARS! of telling his sorry arse I am not going to EVER come back to him not enough! Court is at 9:30 am. My stomach is in knots! Kaydra needs this to be over as much as I do! Charles has had more patience than one would think any man could have. As even tempered as he is the dirt bag makes his eyes twitch!

Good Luck and stay strong! Be smart and don't let him get to you. It took me 3 long years for my divorce and all the drama so I know that you are ready for it to be over.

Yes he did. I will end up losing a part of my retirement but it is well werth it to get rid of him. Gotta love NYS law! I will finally be free though! If he was still in the house I would have lost atleast 4x that. I am more than willing to call it a bargin! And YES I did celebrate with my mom!

My mom took me to Dinosaur BBQ after we left court. After not eating very well for a few days and almost 3 Long Island Ice teas later I was feeling mighty fine!
