Everything that doesn't fit anywhere else!

My husband and I are starting it tomorrow! I'm telling everyone I know so that people can help keep me honest.

We are going to southern California in August and my goal is to be totally beach confident.

I'm a little scared of it......

GOOD LUCK! My son used that for his first workout to make the FDNY calendar, and while he was rather well built to start, the transformation was amazing. Now he is doing another program to spice it up.

A few men and women at work used it also, and I didn't know it, until I mentioned to them that while they always were lean, they looked fantastic now. They used the P90X system.

Good for you! I've heard it's really hard but the results people get are amazing!

We tried it last year... and only lasted about a month. It was too high-impact for me, but the guys liked it. I was also too worried about getting big muscles...I have a larger frame anyway and it is really easy for me to look bulky.
The yoga was my favorite workout.
Good luck, I can't wait to hear more about it!

YAY! I can't do all of the workouts b/c of my shoulder...but I do the yoga, abs, plyometrics, core, and cardio...

and I LOVE it! I've literally, lost a lot of weight...
