Thing(s) that made me happy today...

Everything that doesn't fit anywhere else!

pitbullmamaliz wrote:Driving home from work this afternoon, all four lanes of traffic were stopped on the highway. Why did this make me happy? Because they were stopped so somebody could catch a stray dog running on the highway. The dog was on the shoulder, but all the cars stopped, and there was not one single horn honk. Nobody got impatient. So yay for good deeds!

Oh man, that's awesome.

I'm happy today because Trouble had a bath (shower). Clean doggies make me happy :P

I'm happy because Jessie's hot spot is starting to look better.

Also, I'm starting school at 11 instead of 9 this morning. It's 9:40 and I JUST woke up. :)

I am happy because the new kitten had a bath, and doesn't smell like a dirty litterbox anymore. :D

I'm happy because Beaumont hasn't pooped in the house in almost two weeks!

And perfect Jen weather, too! All the windows and doors are open and the house smells SO nice! Tomorrow is supposed to be the same, so all the dogs are getting baths.

Plus, I just got back from the grocery and we're having Bourbon Beef tonight for dinner!

I laughed and laughed....

When I was leaving the house tonight there were three teenagers walking down the sidewalk towards me. The conversation went like this:

Boy: *carrying a tattered yellow newspaper* Do you know where a muesum is?

Me: In Williamson? No.

Boy: We just found a 33 year old newspaper

Me: I don't think it would be worth anything

Girl: It was in a haunted barn.

Boy: and it's 33 years old you don't get much older than that.

Me: *deadpan look* I'm 33.

Boy: *stammers* uh... no offense!

I started laughing out loud, I couldn't help it, and I laughed most of the way to the store.

1. I got gas for $3.48/gallon today.

2. I'm watching 101 Dalmations, which I love.

3. I just adore my dog. (just having a sappy moment)

4. My ex-husband called and said he found my binder of CD's I've been missing for 2 years. It's a whole bunch of CD's that I've been really salty about losing, and he's had it this entire time. I'm meeting up with him tomorrow night to get them. I'm excited!!!
