I suppose I could *gasp* talk to the housemates, but then where would I get my overflowing rage to fuel my very existence? :rant:

Also: I "scalped" my pinky toe on a brick border when I was moving the sprinkler yesterday. I defy you to find a pair of shoes that doesn't somehow put pressure on you pinky toe! :cry1:

My truck failed smog on Thursday because of the timing, so I was lucky enough to get squeezed in by the shop that did a tuneup/emissions sensor repairs in Jan. They only charged me $60 to adjust the timing that they most likely screwed up in the first place! And the smog place that has a big sign "Pass smog or free retest" charged me $5 for the retest that was done less than an hour after the first one. I took it as my punishment for waiting until the last minute to get the smog done. :doh:

Okay, here's my rant...I have a student who emailed me 2 WEEKS after the semester has been done (grades have been in nearly that long) b/c he's a football player, and he got a D in my class, and he needs a C to play football next year, so he wants to know if he can take an exam or write an essay...I mean, seriously, I let students know how they're doing throughout the semester...and he got an F at midterms...ARGH!!!!
